Complete the subcontractor prequalification form and email it to us at subcontracting@lifecycle–inc.com

Once the prequalification has been reviewed and entered into our database, you will be invited to bid on projects.  Please be sure to indicate the states in which you work so that we can make sure to include you in our regional projects.  You may be contacted directly by our Estimating team or receive an invitation through Building Connected so please make sure to include the appropriate point of contact.
