This Design-Build project included the vertical renovation of 6,000 SF of the Medal of Honor Golf Clubhouse at MCB Quantico. It also included vertical renovations to approximately 120,000 SF of the Quantico Marine Corps Exchange. The final portion of the project included the new vertical construction of a 6,100 SF Marine Mart with fuel canopies and new parking area.
